Changelog from last submission
- Moved TB in outside path to limit ability to boost offensively across entire mid with ease
- Added pups, slight alteration to TT in that area
- Reduced mid girth by 2 tiles (new map width is 73)
- Minor back of base adjustment to make that single boost on the flat slightly more challenging than before
